  1. Do you lose to bad poker players? Also, here are my 5 best "big money" poker hands (Never fold these!): https://youtu.be/QptgW7QTuss

  2. My only problem with recreationals on low stakes wasnt that they were calling stations cause they were pretty tight it was very easy to bluff them, my problem was that they were value stations they never ever bluff, so i see the perfect spot to hero call and they always have It xd.. That makes It actually a little borring to play against them since its too much abc, no creativity, its easy to win but not mentally stimulative thats why i jumped Up on stakes the fastest i could gambling a little, cause i was getting bored of them..

  3. I simply look at the board and ask myself "what garbage hand(s) can they call with?", and then bet the appropriate amount. Betting too much results in only getting called by better hands. If you bet thin and a better hand (which should raise) just calls, it's really their loss in the long run, not yours. Calling-stations will call-down with inferior hands more often than you'll value-own yourself, but not if you chase them off early in the hand by overbetting.

  4. This is how I lose to bad player. pot is 200 I jam turn 300 more with top two donk calls me with bottmm pair and hits trips. I lose When I raise with QQ I get rereaised Q3 off and lose to trips threes for 300 USD all in pre flop. I lose to guys when WHen I jam all in with AQ on the flop with top pair and donk catches his second pair on the river.

  5. What if they bet all the time?! You fold every mid pair and below?! That can't be a +ev play, can it?

  6. All I do against these players is play catch. They'll throw their stack at you & chase hands like crazy. Just don't force it.

  7. Love this. I always laugh at some of the vloggers when they are going up against rec players and they’re worried about “balancing their range” or whatever it is. 99% of these guys dgaf about your range or balancing. Just play ABC against them it’s not hard

  8. First off, if you’re playing close to optimally than it doesn’t matter what they do because you are always making the most plus ev play. If they call too much or fold too much then so be it, you just keep playing the most plus ev play and you’ll win more than you lose. Second, if you’re like most players and you use gto as a guide for what you should do but then look for weaknesses you can exploit, you want to see these level 1 players as they will be easy to exploit. The biggest mistake people make is getting mad when you have top pair on the turn, you’re confident they are on a draw so you bet the pot so they don’t have the right odds to call, but they call anyways and hit their flush… that’s a good thing, because statistically you will make more in the long run and they will lose. It understandable to want to change strategies and play basic if your opponents are newer but that doesn’t mean you stop playing good poker. Just because they don’t understand what range you’re representing that’s ok… that range is for you, not them. Honestly the biggest mistake a see players making is thinking that have 80% to win means you’re guaranteed to win. And again, you should be happy to see people putting money in the middle when they have such bad odds. Your range play is to make you hard to read and keep your variance low.
