At 4:33 you have at least 25.6% with the 4 outs to the straight. Theres less cards so 1 out is equal to 3.2%. You have enough equity to call a half pot bet regardless. He also has 99 TT KT K9 A9 as bluffs. This is just a really poor fold, maybe you should sit down and study the game a bit more before doing a 'strategy' video.
What about 3 of a kind beating a straight, that's what I've read.
