  1. 4 to 5 hours is a really long session. There are lots of things you can try but it sounds like mental game issues. Check out my blog post on improving concentration. But I could never play well for more then 2-3 hours straight, I actually try to play 50 min sessions, but I play part time so I can get away with short sessions.
